Telephone banking

If you travel frequently or your everyday life is dynamic and you can not take the time to visit a bank office, the Fibank service "Telephone Banking" offers you another opportunity to do this remotely by receiving statements by telephone.

By calling the number *bank (*2265) or 0 700 19 599 you are able to:

Receive information (passive banking) 24 hours a day on the following:

  • account balances;
  • available balances;
  • last 5 transactions from/to account;
  • exchange rates – fixing, Fibank buy and sell rate for EUR, USD, GBP, CHF.

Users of this service can be Bulgarian and foreign individuals over 18 years and legal entities.

You can receive information by phone easy, safely and comfortably. For that purpose you need to:

  • have at least one open account at Fibank;
  • specify the phone numbers from which you shall receiving information via phone call.

 

Access and identification means

For statements and information under your bank accounts (passive banking):

1. The telephones registered by you for using the service - mobile or landline (digital or with tone dialing)
  
2. Personal access code (PAC);

The Personal Access Code (PAC) is a combination of four to eight digits. The code is automatically generated from the information system of the Bank and is being sent to the email address specified by you when registering for the service. It is necessary to enter the Personal Access Code (PAC), after you have connected to use the service. The correct entering of PAC provides you access to passive Telephone Banking.

To order transfers and to receive information through the service Telephone banking, it is necessary to connect with Fibank by using one of the phones you have registered for the service.

Working with the service:

1. Dial a number:

 *bank ( *2265)  -  if calling from a landline or mobile phone of a Bulgarian operator and you are in the country

or

0700 19 599 - if calling from a landline or mobile phone and you are in the country or abroad

2. After connecting with the automatic operator you should identify yourself with your Personal Access Code (PAC). The system will verify the code entered by you and the phone number which you are calling from. If you enter a wrong code (PAC), you do not enter a code (PAC) or you are calling from a number that is not registered by you for using the service, the system shall reject your access and offer to transfer your call to an operator.

3. Upon successful identification you shall reach the voice menu to make your choice:
