All Fibank revolving credit card holders automatically participate in the Cashback programme.
Description of the programme after 31 December 2025:
- when paying with your credit card at a merchant in Bulgaria or abroad, you receive one cashback point for every EUR 1 spent
- For every 100 cashback points accumulated, you can receive the following back into your card account:
- for standard credit cards – EUR 0.50
- for Gold credit cards – EUR 0.75
- for Platinum credit cards – EUR 1
- Points are accumulated on a 6-month basis.
- The minimum amount accumulated from purchases at merchants, which is required to receive the value of cashback points for a 6-month period, is:
- for standard credit cards EUR 3,000
- for Gold credit cards – EUR 5,000
- for Platinum credit cards – EUR 10,000
- maximum bonus amount payable – EUR 127.82;
- if at the end of each 6-month period you have accumulated the minimum number of cashback points for the type of card (standard, gold or platinum) you use, your account will be credited with the amount corresponding to the points accumulated, but not more than EUR 127.82. For example: For EUR 3,565 spent with a standard credit card, you will receive EUR 17.83 in your card account, and for EUR 30,012 spent, you will receive EUR 127.82 in your card account. With a Mastercard Gold or Visa Gold credit card, for EUR 5,500 spent, you will receive EUR 41.25, and for EUR 20,000 spent, EUR 127.82 will be credited to your account.
- Cashback points are not transferred from one 6-month period to another.
- Points start to accrue after the completion of 6 full reporting periods from the date of issue of the card and if no notice of termination of the card agreement has been given before the end of each six-month period for accumulating turnover.
- if the card is blocked due to late payments, you will lose the cashback points accumulated so far, but you will be able to accumulate points again until the end of the remaining 6-month period;
- you can find out about your accumulated cashback points in your monthly statements or at the Bank's branches;
- Customers with additional credit cards accumulate their own cashback points and must make a separate turnover according to the card they use – Standard, Gold or Platinum, with the certified cashback points appearing in the main cardholder's account.
During the reporting period 20.12.2025 – 19.01.2026, the accumulated bonus points will be equated to the turnover made, calculated in euros. The amount of cashback payable to the card account will not decrease as a result of the change.
