  • Exchange rates are published by the Bulgarian National Bank every working day in accordance with the reference rates announced by the European Central Bank (ECB).
  • Fibank's "buy" and "sell" rates apply to amounts up to USD 1,000 or one troy ounce of gold. For larger amounts, you can negotiate directly with Fibank dealers.
  • Fibank's "buy" and "sell" rates are subject to change depending on movements in the international currency markets.
  • For fees and commissions payable from an account with the Bank, Fibank's exchange rate is the euro exchange rate against the respective foreign currency published by the Bulgarian National Bank.
  • For cash currency transactions, a commission is charged in accordance with the Bank's Tariff.
  • Quotations for the Danish krone (DKK), Norwegian krone (NOK), Swedish krone (SEK), Chinese yuan (CNY) and new Romanian leu (RON) are for account transactions only.

*As of 01.01.2026, the BNB will discontinue publishing the price of gold in Bulgarian levs. The ECB does not publish a reference rate for gold.
