Payment is Fast on Your Smartwatch with Fitbit Pay
You may now digitalize your VISA or Mastercard in a smartwatch Fitbit and have your money within your reach wherever you make payments, without your wallet or smartphone.
The Fitbit Pay service may be used by Fibank clients who have a VISA/Mastercard debit or credit card from Fibank, and who have one of the models of the Fitbit smartwatch that support the respective function.
You may make quick contactless payments worldwide at sites working with mobile payments.
What do you need to make payments with Fitbit Pay?
- to have a smartwatch with a Fitbit Pay function*;
- Visa/Mastercard debit or credit card from Fibank;
- to register your bank card in the Fitbit app.

Install Fitbit Pay in several steps:
- Install the Fitbit app on your mobile.
- Add your bank card.
You can do this by manually entering the data.
If your card is subject to digitalization, the app will ask you to read and accept the current General Terms and Conditions. - Follow the app steps by adding your card details and choose a password to use for your Fitbit Pay payments.
- Confirm yourself as the requester for the card registration by entering a single password sent to you via SMS to the mobile number registered by you with the Bank, and then wait for it to be activated.
- Once your digitalized card is activated, it will be visible in your digital portfolio on the smartwatch.
You can easily manage your digital portfolio with the option to change your password, or to dynamically manage all your cards registered in the portfolio by selecting whether to activate or deactivate them. - You can quickly access your digital portfolio on your smartwatch by pushing the main side button or by touching the screen icon.
- For your first entry in the digital portfolio on your smartwatch you will be requested to enter the password entered during installation. You will be also requested to enter a password during your first entry in the portfolio whenever you haven’t used your smartwatch for 24 hours or whenever it hasn't been on your hand for a certain amount of time.
Payment is quick – you need just 1 move “to call” your card to the smartwatch display and put your smartwatch close to the payment device.
If you wish to pay with Fitbit Pay, all you need is to start the digital portfolio on your smartwatch by pushing the main button of the Fitbit smartwatch or by pressing the icon on the display. If you have already entered your password, you may pay immediately with the card used last by you. If you want to change your payment card, you can choose a new card with the button or by sliding the touch screen. After completing the payment or in 60 sec the NFC functionality of the smartwatch will deactivate and your screen will return to a smartwatch regime.
