Lounge Key Program

Mastercard Platinum First Lady gives you the opportunity for 6 free visits per year to airport lounges of your choice, which participate in the program. Both the cardholder and his/her companion can benefit from the free visits. It is enough to notify the receptionist at the lounge and present your Fibank Mastercard Platinum First Lady credit card. Each visitor is counted (cardholder + companion = 2 visits).

Fast Track

Mastercard® offers its Premium and Business cardholders a digital solution to the problem of waiting at airports – Mastercard® Airport Security Fast Track.

The service provides fast passage through a separate corridor through baggage check at 80+ airports worldwide at a price between EUR 3.50 and EUR 17 per person.

Through the Mastercard Travel Experiences (MTE) mobile application or the MTE website https://travelexperiences.mastercard.com/ from DragonPass you can take advantage of the Fast Track service, and you can additionally apply for and use Airport Transfers and Airport Restaurants Discounts.

Mastercard Airport Security Fast Track offers priority pass through airport baggage security checks at more than 100 airports worldwide.

*MTP replaces and builds on the previous MTE programme.

 

How the service works:

Cardholders need to download the MTP app or visit the MTP website and create an account. Before travelling, they can request Fast Track passes for a specific time slot via MTP. Cardholders who have already created an account in the previous MTE programme can download and use MTP from 23 June 2026 using their MTE username and password, whilst continuing to use MTE until 22 June.

Cardholders can take advantage of 3 services:

NEW:  as of 2 June 2026, Fast Track – access and free passes for a special lane leading directly to the baggage security check point:

  • 8 free passes per calendar year for World Elite
  • 6 free passes per calendar year for World and Platinum
  • 4 free passes per calendar year for Gold and Business

The cardholder decides how to share their free passes with their companions. Subsequent passes are charged to the card at a rate of between €5 and €20.

 

Airport Transfers – access to cars with professional drivers, which the cardholder books via the MTP app/website to travel to or from the airport. Booked transfers are charged to the card.

Airport Restaurants Discounts – discounts and special promotional offers at more than 1,000 restaurants at airports worldwide, via a QR code from the MTP app/website

Limits for contactless payments

According to the Second European Payment Services Directive (PSD2), after 31.03.2020, it is necessary to enter a PIN for contactless payments in the following cases:

  • when making a sixth consecutive contactless transaction without a PIN

or

  • when the total amount of consecutive contactless transactions for which a PIN was not entered reaches EUR 51.13 / 100 BGN.
After each PIN entry, the process starts again.
APR (annual percentage rate of costs)Example of APR: "19.74% with a credit limit of BGN 3,000, term of 1 year. The amount was fully utilized through a POS terminal device, at an annual interest rate of 17.90%, total amount due will be EUR 1813.02. / BGN 3,545.95"

The shall be applied to contracts for newly issued credit cards after 10.10.2022. Detailed information on the interest rates under credit card contracts concluded before this date can be found in the "Fibank Interest Rate Bulletin".
