Users of My Fibank electronic banking and the mobile application will be able to continue their finance management using the Bank’s existing online services.

From January 1, 2026:

• payment transactions related to the provision of payment services under Art. 4 of the Payment Services and Payment Systems Act, that were initiated in BGN before the date of introduction of the euro and will be completed on January 1, 2026 or thereafter, will be executed in euro. The EUR amount will correspond to the BGN amount, converted at the official exchange rate in accordance with the rules for conversion and rounding;
• initiation and execution of payment transactions in BGN via My Fibank electronic banking and the mobile application will be suspended.
