Contribution and key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, entrepreneurs, and professionals across various sectors of the Bulgarian economy as part of the SME Banking team.
- Participate in meetings with representatives of legal entities in connection with loan applications.
- Analyze and review credit proposals and financial conditions of clients, ensuring compliance with the Bank's Internal Credit Rules.
- Maintain relationships with clients regarding the conclusion of credit deals, the granting, and management of credit facilities until their full repayment.
- Prepare and manage loan documentation, maintain credit files, and oversee loan administration, including fund usage, payments, fees, and collateral updates.
- Advise clients on all banking products and services aimed at legal entities (mass payment, business credit card, e-banking, bank guarantees and letters of credit, collateral insurance, hedging, etc.).
- Ensure customers receive maximum value from all banking products by leveraging internal subject matter experts to optimize their investments.
For efficiency and effective role performance:
- Higher economic education – a specialty in the field of finance, banking, accounting and business management is an advantage.
- Good command of English – written and spoken.
- 2 years of professional experience in a similar position.
- In-depth knowledge in the field of corporate lending.
- Excellent computer skills – MS Office, Internet.
- High analytical skills, result-oriented mindset, and a strong need for achievement.
- Customer orientation and effective communication skills.
- Demonstrate ambition, resilience, and a strong technical orientation.
