Contribution and key responsibilities:
- Gathers, documents and analyzes business requirements from stakeholders
- Translates business requirements into functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, development teams and QA teams
- Analyzes existing business processes and identifies opportunities for optimization and automation
- Performs gap analysis, impact analysis and change request assessments
- Participates in workshops, stakeholder meetings and requirement clarification sessions
- Ensures delivered solutions align with business goals, compliance and quality standards
For efficiency and effective role performance:
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or Information Technology
- Experience as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst or similar role (Banking knowledge will be considered as a strong advantage)
- Experience with software tools as JIRA, MS Project, МS Office, AI tools or similar
- Experience in requirements gathering, business process modeling and documentation
- Fluent in English
- Analytical,detail-oriented, proactive, flexible, team-work oriented
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills
