First Investment Bank Launches Customer Loyalty Programme

First Investment Bank launched a customer loyalty program offering priority service and various benefits for FIBank's loyal customers.

"To us it is of primary importance to improve our customer service. Through the "Loyal Customer" programme we want to show our gratitude to all our clients for their trust in FIBank and to confirm our willingness and readiness to work for the benefit of our clients", said Maya Georgieva, Executive Director of FIBank.

The Bank has issued special club membership cards which clients will use to identify themselves in FIBank's offices. Card holders will be entitled to various benefits and the number of these benefits will increase with the evolution of the loyalty program.

The first benefit under the loyalty programme is that when clients show their card in a bank office they will be given priority to clients without loyalty cards.

Another element of the customer loyalty program will be the promotional interest rate premium of 0.2% for newly opened or renewed deposits of existing clients. The interest premium will be valid upon renewal of the deposit on the maturity date or upon termination of the deposit on the maturity date and its renegotiation for a consecutive period.
