Fibank Representatives of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) visited Fibank (First Investment Bank).
The aim of the visit was the signing of an agreement for research and specific actions promoting the good corporate governance of the bank and risk management.
This project is continuing the study conducted in 2010 by IFC for the implementation of the international standards in good corporate governance, which Fibank strictly applies in its activities.
International Finance Corporation (IFC) was presented by Mr. Garth Bedford, Mr. Sergey Treputyan, Mr. Kiril Neykov, Mr. Vladimir Mikhailovsky and Mr. Werder Klans - experts in the implementation of international practices of good corporate governance and risk management.
The general project includes several key objectives, including:
- further development of the dialogue between the institution and the minority shareholders;
- setting standards for corporate governance in accordance with the latest global trends.
The project will be fully completed by the end of 2015.
