First Investment Bank (Fibank) now offers a new mortgage loan, "The Right to Choose", that allows the customers themselves to choose the terms and conditions of the loan.
This product offers 0% interest rate for the first year and a low fixed interest rate of 6.5% for the second and the third year.
The option of The Right to Choose mortgage loan to receive at the end of the year a cashback of 1% of the annual interest per annum on the remainder of the loan gives some peace of mind to the clients.
The clients of the bank have the option to use an additional 12-month grace period every 5 years of the term of the loan after the first year. The grace period can be used if necessary, to allow clients extra flexibility in case they have temporary financial troubles.
The term of the loan can be up to 35 years and there is no limit as to the maximum loan amount.
In order to facilitate its clients Fibank will issue them free of charge a certificate of loan approval valid for 6 months. In this manner clients will have certainty as to what loan amount they can use and will be able to find easier a desired and affordable property.
The loan can cover up to 90% of the market value of the real property regardless of the type of the home construction (concrete panels, bricks, etc.)
