Please be advised that in connection with the upcoming transition to the euro, there will be a brief service interruption between 22:00 on December 31, 2025 and 01:00 on January 1, 2026.
During that interval, Fibank’s card payments, ATMs and POS devices will not work.
The mobile and web banking through My Fibank will also be unavailable during the same period.
After 01:00 on 01.01.2026, all services and functionalities in My Fibank will be gradually restored.
To ensure smooth transition and cause the least possible inconvenience to our customers, some of Fibank’s employees will spend the New Year's Eve at their workplaces.
In view of the above, please make sure you have enough cash on hand to meet your expenses during the period specified.
