Fibank won the “Successful Digital Transformation” award in the Bank of the Year competition

Fibank (First Investment Bank) won the “Successful Digital Transformation” award in the prestigious competition organized by Bank of the Year Association for 2021.

Yesterday, at an exquisite ceremony held at Millennium Grand Hotel, the traditional annual banking awards were presented, and the other categories for which prizes have been awarded were Dynamics and Development, Efficiency, Best Foreign Bank Branch, the new category for Best Bank Digital Project and the Bank of the Year award.

Fibank received the “Successful Digital Transformation” award after a review based on an independent and objective methodology prepared by Deloitte Bulgaria team. It is another recognition of First Investment Bank's success in digital banking and innovation. The "Successful Digital Transformation" award is presented for the first time.

In June of this year, First Investment Bank received an award for a digital bank by Worldwide Finance Awards 2022 international competition, organized by the UK-based Acquisition International (AI) Magazine.

Over the years, Fibank has established itself as a leader in electronic payments and the offering of quality digital products and services.

In Bank of the Year competition, First Investment Bank is a long-time winner in the category "Bank of the client" for 2002, 2003, 2006, 2008, 2009, 2012 and 2017, which was determined based on customer voting on the Association's website.

Fibank was also the winner of "Mystery Customer" award, which was presented after on-site surveys and evaluations by secret customers in over 450 bank branches of all banks in Sofia and the country. Three times in a row Fibank (First Investment Bank) also won the "Market Share" award.
