Fibank First Investment Bank won the prize for best customer service at the Sixth International Finance Exhibition “Banks Investments Money” in Plovdiv. The award was given for the first time in the exhibition’s history and First Investment Bank was chosen by a jury of many members.
The extended working hours (seven days a week), the high professionalism and the polite attitude which distinguish the bank in its work with customers are the leading motives for awarding the prize.
First Investment Bank has received many high appraisals for its work with customers. This is the fourth time the bank has been nominated in the category of the best customer service since its establishment. In 2002, 2003 and 2006 Fibank was awarded the prize “Bank of the Client” in the competition of “Pari” daily.
