Make your registration for online banking remotely

Dear clients, as a leader in electronic payments - Fibank (First Investment Bank) offers a variety of online registration options without having to visit Bank’s office.

In the Registration section on our online banking website, you can register quickly, easily and completely free of charge. 

In the registration form you will find the following three options:
  • Registration with confirmation through a card issued by the Bank - this option allows any individual with a bank card issued to activate their access to remote banking, to use remote banking for transfers between their own accounts, payments on credit cards or loans, purchase and sale of foreign currency at agreed exchange rates and of course remote payment of all utility bills. You can also receive information for any movements on your bank accounts.
  • Registration with confirmation at a branch of First Investment Bank - this registration allows each user to apply for the products and services he/she has requested at a bank office. We currently advise you to use the other two options.
  • Registration with confirmation through Evrotrust mobile application – this registration allows access to the full functionality of active online banking and active mobile application.
Through active mobile banking by using the My Fibank application, each client of the bank has its personal banking office. 

Online banking through the application is fast, easy, convenient and secure.  With My Fibank you get a number of advantages, including:

  • Pay your utility bills without additional fees;• Pay your taxes and monthly credit card payments quickly and easily;
  • Make transfers to your own accounts and accounts of others in real time;
  • Check your balances on all bank accounts and deposit accounts, whereby able to track each transaction by using the push notifications;
  • Make online requests for cash desk deposits and withdrawals, thus avoiding a front office visit and going directly to the cashier at the bank office;• You can apply for a credit card or renegotiate a card limit;
  • Digitize your Mastercard debit or credit card for payments with your phone or Garmin watch.
  • By banking online with My Fibank application, bank clients pay up to 50% lower fees for their bank transactions than if they were made at a Fibank office.
