Fibank On June 2 , First Investment Bank started its own corporate blog. The company’s objective is to use this new communication channel to meet opinions, ideas and discussions in real time. In separate categories “For the employees”, ‘For the Clients”, “For the bank”, “Initiatives” and “Macro view” the visitors of the blog shall find variety of interesting information directly related with FIB’s activity.
FIB is one of the first banks in Bulgaria to create its own blog. Its launching is a natural development of FIB’s policy related to being modern, innovative and close to the customers. The expectations are that direct dialog in the blog shall shorten the distances and eliminate the obstacles, as well as shall contribute for the mutual trust and understanding between the bank and the clients.
