Fibank "National Centre for Transfusion Haematology" (NCTH), together with Fibank (First Investment Bank) and the Bulgarian National Television (BNT) launched a campaign for free and voluntary blood donation.
The campaign aims not only to support the activities of the NCTH but also to promote the act of voluntary blood donation, which is vital to be saved thousands of lives.
The initiative is already supported by a number of celebrities, including: the winner of the World Cup in snowboard parallel disciplines for season 2015/2016 Radoslav Yankov, the best Bulgarian snowboarder Aleksandra Zhekova, the Chairman of the Union of Actors in Bulgaria - Mr. Hristo Mutafchiev, the rock guitarist Mitko Karnev from D2, Chef Uti Bachvarov, the pop singer Lyubo Kirov and the journalists from "At Home and Abroad" - Adelina Radeva and Spas Kyossev.
Anyone who feels sympathetic and wants to support the campaign by donating free blood can visit any of the following branches of Fibank listed below. On the specified dates and time there will be organized temporary blood donation points where specialists from the "National Centre for Transfusion Haematology" will welcome anyone who wants to help:
