The proposal has a fixed annual interest rate of 3.5% for the first three years. It is offered in BGN and EUR and there is no Application fee.
"Right of Choice" mortgage housing loan is offered without any origination fee and no management fee.
Clients of the Bank can choose to use the possibility of a grace period of 12 months at every 5 years of the loan term after the first year. The grace period is used when necessary and provides additional safety.
The maximum repayment term of the loan is 35 years with no limit in the amount granted by the Bank.
The loan is granted up to 90% of the market value of the property, regardless of the type of construction - panel, large-panel formwork or brick.
