Fibank Gives and Brand New Classroom to First Graders at the Akademik Mihail Arnaudov 119th High School of Sofia

To celebrate the first day of school, Fibank (First Investment Bank) brought joy to the first graders at Akademik Mihail Arnaudov 119th High School of Sofia by giving them a completely remodeled class room. Before the start of the new school year it had become apparent that the school would not have enough class rooms for all of its first graders. The school’s principal, Mr. Dilian Stamatov kindly gave up his office and Fibank turned into a brand new class room.

Fibank had other surprises in store for the first graders attending the Akademik Mihail Arnaudov 119th High School in Sofia. Each kid got a backpack full of all the necessary school accessories.

The official inauguration of the new class room was attended by Mr. Dimitar Kostov, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Fibank, the Deputy Mayor of Stolichna Municipality, Mr. Todor Chobanov, and Izgrev District Mayor, Mr. Tsvetomir Zhekov, Eng.

Fibank’s admirable initiative of helping Bulgarian schools was started back in 2012 when the Bank gave computers to Sveti Sveti Kiril and Metodii 176th High School in the village of Ngovan near Sofia so that students would have normal conditions to study Information Technologies. Since then Fibank has helped upgrade many learning facilities.

Last year the bank donated 10 computers to Konstantin Velichkov 45th High School.
