For the third consecutive year, Commerzbank AG awarded Fibank (First Investment Bank), with the prestigious STP Award 2011. The award is given for exceptional quality and meeting the highest global standards for automatic processing of international payments in Euro.
Commerzbank AG pointed out that such a high quality of automatic processing can be achieved only through the joint efforts of all departments involved in initiating, processing and transfer of payments. Effectiveness in the execution of international payments directly impacts on satisfaction of Fibank customer which results in its competitiveness.
This award is yet another recognition that Fibank team receives only a month and a half after First Investment Bank was announced for "Bank of the Year".
