Fibank (First Investment Bank) offers fixed interest rate of 6.7% for the first year in its new promotional conditions for "Free mortgage loan". In the second and third year "Free mortgage loan" is offered at fixed interest rate of 7% (on annual base).
The loan allows granting 100% of the value of the property, whether it is panel, shuttering panel or brick type of construction. "Free mortgage loan" can be used either for buying a new home or for covering on-going needs such as repair of property.
After the first year, Fibank (First Investment Bank) continues to offer the option of using grace period for the interest and the principal - up to 12 months at each five years of the loan term, which provides additional security for our customers. There is an opportunity for another option - refunding 1% on the principal at the end of each year for regular repayment of loan installments.
The loan is granted for a period of 30 years and is available in BGN, EUR or USD, and there is no limit to the maximum amount of loan granted.
"Free mortgage loan" continues to be fee-free for early repayment, and such fee is not due in case of refinancing from another bank.
Fibank (First Investment Bank) offers also a certificate for approved loan valid for 6 months to each borrower.
