Fibank BayernLB (the "Mandated Lead Arranger") is pleased to confirm that the EUR 185 million Term Loan Facility (the "Facility") arranged for First Investment Bank AD, Sofia (the "Guarantor" or "FIBank") on behalf of its wholly owned subsidiary First Investment Finance BV (the "Borrower") guaranteed by First Investment Bank AD, has been signed on 30th October 2006 in Sofia.

Having launched the Facility at EUR 125 million, the Facility raised a substantial oversubscription. As a result, First Investment Finance BV elected to increase the Facility to EUR 185 million.
The Facility has a 364-day maturity and is made available for refinancing, general funding purposes and for trade related business.
