With the new functionality in My Fibank and My Fibank Mobile Application, you have the possibility to set and change your transaction limits on your cards all by yourself without visiting a bank office.
Limits take effect immediately as they are set, and the service for this change is free of charge.
The limit management functionality allows for multiple individual settings to increase the security on your card. Cardholders can determine for themselves what transactions are allowed to be executed with the card they hold and limit the use on a territorial principle or type of channel.
Each client can independently determine the way his cards work, whereby the client can choose between different options and settings for:
- Payment in retail outlets;
- ATM withdrawal;
- Online payments.
You have the option to choose whether the relevant limit applies to Bulgaria, to European Union countries or to the whole world.

- Identification tool registered for signing by the cardholder - a registered mobile device for active banking, Token device or Electronic signature.
