Each 5 years of the loan term customers may benefit from grace period not exceeding 12 months after the expiry of the first year of the loan term. During the grace period customers are released either from payment of due principal or from the payment of due installment on the loan. You may choose between the following options:

The interest rate is the same regardless of the currency of the loan (USD or EUR).
If any of the above conditions are not met, the interest rate defined above shall be increased by 1% for the respective loan. The annual interest rate is determined according to the personal credit rating of the loan applicant. *BIR (competitive environment) is defined in the Interest Bulletin of Fibank. Higher annual interest rates are also possible depending on the respective credit rating of the applicants. |
