Loan for purchase of property

Housing loan “Chance” is a long-term loan for purchase of immovable property which is offered for public sale by a private bailiff and a mandatorily prerequisite is that Fibank AD has signed a cooperation agreement with the private bailiff and the latter holds a bank account at the Bank.

Loan Purpose:

to buy a property

Grace period:

up to 36 months

 

During the grace period you have to pay only the monthly interest and do not have to make any payments on the principal of the loan.

Mortgage on the purchased property

Annual interest rate:

Annual interest rate from BIR (competitive environment) for EUR/USD + surplus 2.71 points is applied for the whole loan term for borrowers who:

  • receive their income in the debit card current account with Fibank;
  • have a credit card with limit of minimum EUR 1000 and activated SMS notification option;
  • at least one of their utility bills is on their name.

If any of the above conditions are not met, the interest rate defined above shall be increased by 1% for the respective loan.

The annual interest rate is determined according to the personal credit rating of the loan applicant.

*BIR (competitive environment) is defined in the Interest Bulletin of Fibank.

9.28%  calculated on  loan amount of EUR 50,000 for a term of 180 months at BIR (competitive environment) + surplus of 2.71 p.p.

Management fee

0.5% charged at the start of each year of the loan period after the first year (for the full year or the respective part thereof)

0.5% of the unused portion of the loan

Life insurance of the debtor recommended (insurance payments will be included in the monthly installments/payments)
