Unique policy based electronic signature issued by Fibank

What is unique policy based electronic signature issued by Fibank?

The unique policy based electronic signature issued by Fibank is a method of electronic identification that can be used solely for operations through the Virtual Branch of First Investment Bank.

For security reasons the rights granted by the Unique policy based electronic signature of Fibank are restricted and it is recommended that you can use it only for transfers between your own accounts with the Bank. If you choose to disregard this warning and wish to use this type of identification for 'active' banking, in order to add other correspondents and perform transfers to other accounts, you must summit a declaration to any of the branches of Fibank that you explicitly wish to waive the requirement to use UES in order to receive permission to perform all types of transfers with unique policy based electronic signature issued by Fibank.
