New functionalities in My Fibank system
Individual clients now can:
- Pay utility bills and other obligations through My Fibank system;
- Register a debit or credit card issued by Fibank for the service 3D Card Security.
What is My Fibank?
The system My Fibank represents another opportunity easy and quick to monitor the statements on your credit cards and current accounts, and for individual customers to make payments on utility bills.
By using the My Fibank service you no longer have to visit a branch of Fibank to receive your current account statement or wait till the end of the month to get your credit card monthly statement in the mail, so you can review your transactions. All these are available online at https://my.fibank.bg.
You may use My Fibank for:
- receiving reports - by individuals and legal entities who are holders of current and card accounts with Fibank;
- making utility payments – by individuals holding accounts and bank cards issued by Fibank, and for clients of Cyprus branch the utility payments can be made only with cards issued by Fibank.
Information you can get by using My Fibank:
- Notification of Card Transactions - this option enables you to receive information about the card payments and withdrawals with your cards:
- online report - allows you to track your Authorizations (Reports menu, Card Authorizations submenu);
- e-mail notification - you have the option to get an email report for your card transactions in the last 24 hours. The report is emailed daily at 17:00 and covers the period from 17:00 on the previous day to 17:00 on the date of the report. You can set and activate the options for Notification of Card Transactions from the Services menu at https://my.fibank.bg.
- Notification of SWIFT Transfers
- e-mail notification - with this option you can receive information about sent or/and received SWIFT transfers. The system will notify you by email when the outbound transfer is sent by Fibank or when the amount of the incoming transfer is credited to your Fibank account. You can set and activate the option for Email Notification of SWIFT Transfers from the Services menu at https://my.fibank.bg.
- online report - you can also use this reporting functionality from the Reports menu, SWIFT Transfers submenu.
and other functions such as:
- current account statement (account report) - enables you to check the deposits (credited amounts) to and payments (debited amounts) from your current account for any chosen period of time; this functions will also provide information about the starting and final balance of your account for the respective period;
- credit card statement - provides information about the amounts, value dates and the type of payments charged on the card for the reporting period; it also provides information about the starting and final balance, charged fees and interest (commissions), due amounts, minimum payments and respective payment deadlines.
My Fibank system gives you the opportunity to:
- review your monthly credit card statements;
- receive information on the transactions on your current accounts for a previous period;
- receive credit card statements and reports on current accounts by e-mail;
- save the data from your statements in various formats - excel, pdf or html;
- see the balances on your accounts in real time;
- make utility payments;
- register for the service 3D Card Security;
- register or change the parameters of services used by you which require additional identification with a card.
