Repayment In accordance with an agreed repayment schedule. Partial payment upon receipt of the financial subsidiary.
Collateral
  • In case of financing up to 80% of the equipment value: pledge on the receivables under the contract for financial subsidiary and pledge on the equipment, subject of the loan financing;
  • In case of financing up to 100% of the equipment value: pledge on the receivables under the contract for financial subsidiary and pledge on the equipment, subject of the loan financing and other collaterals admissible by the Law.
