By dialing telephone number 0700 11 600 you can be informed of:
- The available balance on your accounts;
- The last 5 activities (credit and debit) on your accounts;
- The exchange rates of the base currencies: EUR, USD, GBP, CHF – the central exchange rates of the BNB, buy and sell rates of the Bank.
The benefits for you:
- Convenience – with only one call from a cellular or landline telephone (digital or with a tone dialing) you can receive up-to-date information without it being necessary for you to visit an office of the Bank;
- No additional costs – the service is free of charge for natural persons. The charge for legal entities is only BGN 1 per month;
- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – you receive up-to-date information not depending on the Bank working hours;
- Security – after the registration you will receive a PIN code (Personal Identification Number) which, in combination with each telephone number you have registered for the service usage, will be the key for accessing the system;
- Flexibility – from your home or office, in Bulgaria or abroad you can be informed without visiting an office of the Bank.
