Fibank's Virtual Branch enables you to perform banking transactions remotely without visiting the branches of the bank.
The Virtual Banking Branch enables you to use the following services in real time:
- opening and operating current accounts in BGN and other currencies;
- opening fixed-term and promotional deposits in BGN and other currencies;
- real-time bank transfers in BGN and other currencies within First Investment Bank;
- domestic bank transfers in BGN and other currencies;
- international bank transfers in foreign currencies;
- placing direct collection requests (immediate incasso);
- foreign exchange trade;
- negotiating foreign exchange rates;
- account statements for all or any of your current and deposit accounts in all currencies;
- miscellaneous information services.
Secure Access to the Virtual Branch:
In order to perform 'active banking' through Fibank's Virtual Branch you must have one of the means of access defined bellow depending on your personal preference:
Operation Limits:
The operation limits are the maximum value of the transactions each client can perform via the Virtual Branch. The limits are applicable to individuals and are as follows:
- daily limit of BGN 40,000 or an equivalent amount in other currency;
- weekly limit per account for payment operations of BGN 50,000 or an equivalent amount in other currency.
Each client, who is not a corporate client and wishes to perform payments within limits different from the limits defined by the bank may change them by submitting in person an application in one of Fibank's branches and set customized payment limits.
SMS notification:
All clients using the virtual branch of Fibank, including individuals and corporate clients, will receive automatic free SMS notification for each transaction made via the Virtual Branch.
If you do not wish to use this option, you can request it to be turned off by submitting an application to that end in any of the branches of Fibank.
