SMStatus - Receiving an SMS in return to your inquiry

2. BALANCE on ONE of the registered accounts

PIN xxxx SALDON zzzzzzzzzz

where:

  • xxxx is your personal identification number;
  • zzzzzzzzzz are the last 10 symbols of the International Bank Account Number (IBAN) of the account for which you are requiring the information.

For example:

PIN 2222 SALDON 1234567890

As an answer you will receive information about the current and available balance on the specified account as of the date and time of the inquiry.

The SMS answer is free of charge.

 

3. ACTIVITIES on a registered account for a specific date

PIN xxxx TRANS zzzzzzzzz ddmmyyyy

Where:

  • xxxx is your personal identification number;
  • zzzzzzzzzz are the last 10 symbols of the International Bank Account Number (IBAN) of the account for which you are requiring the information; 
  • ddmmyyyy is the date.

For example:

PIN 2222 TRANS 1234567890 13062008

As an answer you will receive information about the activities on the account on the date you have specified in your inquiry.

As an answer you will receive information about the next installment, the principal amount due and overdue, the interest amount overdue.

5. Balances and maturity dates of ALL DEPOSIT ACCOUNTS

Where:

  • xxxx is your personal identification number;

As an answer you will receive information about the available balance and the maturity date of the deposit account.

If you have registered more than one deposit accounts you will receive a separate SMS for each account. The first SMS is free of charge and charge is collected for each consecutive SMS.

  • xxxx is your personal identification number;
  • zzzzzzzzzz are the last 10 symbols account number of the deposit account for which you are requiring the information.

As an answer you will receive information about the available balance and the maturity date of the deposit account you have specified.

7. Information about CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATES

KURS CCY

Where:

  • CCY is the code of the currency you are interested in.

/USD – US dollar, EUR– euro, CHF– Swiss Franc, GBP– British Pound/

8. INTEREST RATES applied to standard deposit accounts

LIHVA CCYSROK

Where:

  • CCYSROK is the currency code + the deposit term (in months) – you should write it together
  • The currency code may be: BGN, USD, EUR, CHF or GBP
  • The deposit term may be: 1M / 3M / 6M / 12M / 18M / 24M / 36M

For example:

LIHVA BGN1M

As an answer you will receive information about the interest rate applied for the respective currency and term.
