You have the option to receive foreign currency amounts to your account with First Investment Bank via the international payment system SWIFT. Fibank maintains correspondent relationships with more than 600 banks all over the world, which makes the receipt of transfers ordered via SWIFT worldwide easier.

In order to receive a foreign currency fund transfer in your corporate account with First Investment Bank it will be necessary provide the exact bank details for your account to the ordering party, which include:

  • Full name of the beneficiary – Your company’s full name;
  • Address;
  • IBAN of your bank account with First Investment Bank;
  • Bank: FIRST INVESTMENT BANK, Bulgaria, Sofia;
  • SWIFT code: FINVBGSF

If you receive a foreign currency fund transfer for an amount exceeding the equivalent of BGN 100 000, you will have to fill in and present a statistical form in accordance with the provisions of the Foreign Exchange Law.

The terms of execution conform to common banking practice – the beneficiary account is credited with value date equal to the date of the funds receipt on the Fibank account, or equal to the date specified in the payment message, if the message indicates a later date.
