Take advantage of the preferential conditions provided by Fibank for farmers – beneficiaries of subsidies granted by European Funds.
First Investment Bank has entered into agreements with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food. Under these agreements the Bank actively performs intermediary functions and provides financial support to farmers. The Bank grants loans and provides access to special programmes such as:
1. The option to use 100% of the subsidy amount (in advance) which the farmer has received from the European and the National Funds under the Single Area Payment Scheme by receiving a loan;
2. Provision of financing to approved projects of farmers who beneficiaries of the “Agricultural and Rural Development” programme (2007-2013);
- Loans for the purchase of agricultural land;
- Investment loan for agricultural equipment purchase;
- Investment loan for planting of perennial plants and construction.
All farmers who are customers of Fibank are preferentially offered with:
- 3% annual interest rate applied to current accounts;
- A business debit card with chip issued and maintained free of charge;
- A credit card with a pre-approved limit of up to BGN 10 000.
