Loan Parameters:

Amount:
  • Up to 70% of the purchased agricultural land value when it is the only collateral.
  • If additional collateral is provided the customer’s project for Agricultural Land Purchase may be financed entirely with the granted loan.
Currency: BGN, EUR, USD
Term:

Up to 15 years
Interest Rate: By negotiation
Grace Period: Negotiated individually for each specific deal
Repayment:
  • In annuity installments;
  • In equal principal installments; 
  • Under an individual repayment schedule.
Collateral: First-rank mortgage on the agricultural land purchased with the granted loan as well as all other collaterals admissible by Law.
Approval Term: Up to 5 working days after the submission of the full required documentation
