Account for attorneys (as per art. 39 from Attorney’s Act)
- You have the option to open a different account for each customer’s deal;
- At the attorney’s request, the Bank can open a separate account for each customer of the attorney.
Special accounts for public execution officers (as per Art. 24 of the Law on public execution officers)
- A special account for the management of funds received from the sell-off of debtors’ property;
- The Public execution officer manages and disposes of the debtors` funds on the special account.
Customer accounts of insurance brokers and agents (as per Art.155, para 1, sec.2 of the Insurance Code)
- Special Customer account intended for receiving insurance premiums for the insurance company as well as insurance compensations or amounts for the insured persons.
