If you travel frequently or your everyday life is dynamic and you can not take the time to visit a bank office, the Fibank service "Telephone Banking" offers you another opportunity to do this remotely by ordering transfers and receiving statements by telephone.

To March 31st 2012 you can buy Token device for active banking at a preferential price of 20 BGN.

By calling the number *bank (*2265) or 0 700 19 599 you are able to:

Receive information (passive banking) 24 hours a day on the following:

  • account balances;
  • available balances;
  • last 5 transactions from/to account;
  • exchange rates – fixing, Fibank buy and sell rate for EUR, USD, GBP, CHF

Order transfers (active banking) in the time from 08.45 am – 17.45 pm on working days:

  • credit transfer in BGN through BISERA/RINGS;
  • credit transfer to the budget through BISERA/RINGS (excluding multiline transfer);
  • credit transfer in foreign currency to other banks (excluding online credit transfer);
  • transfers between own accounts in the bank;
  • intrabank transfer in BGN and foreign currency;
  • buy and sale of foreign currency;
  • negotiating exchange rates.

Users of this service can be:

  • for transfers (active banking) – Bulgarian and foreign natural persons over 18 years;
  • for information (passive banking) - Bulgarian and foreign individuals over 18 years and legal entities.

  • for information (passive banking) – The customer shall be identified only with Personal Access Code (PAC);
  • for transfers (active banking) - Personal Access Code (PAC), Token device, Token device’s PINt and a single password generated by the Token device.

You shall receive automatically free of charge SMS notification on the transfer ordered by phone.

Limits on transfers

These are the maximal limits up to which you can operate with an account.

  • Transaction limit - 30 000 BGN (25 000 BGN for transactions in foreign currency);
  • daily limit - 40 000 BGN;
  • weekly limit  - 50 000 BGN;

If you would like to operate at other limit levels, you may do so by submitting an application for change at Fibank’s branch.
