Depository and Trust Services
Depository services are treasury financial instruments and administrative activities such as: opening and maintaining accounts for financial instruments, issuing certification documents to the holders of financial instruments, transferring financial instruments etc.
Being a member of the Central Depository AD, First Investment Bank offers to individuals and legal entities, including institutional investors, the following depository services:
- Opening a client’s account for financial instruments in the Fibank register with the Central Depository AD;
- Issuing depository receipts;
- The transfer of financial instruments from the client's own account to the client’s account in the Fibank register with the Central Depository;
- The transfer of financial instruments from the client’s account in the Fibank register with the Central Depository to the client’s account with another investment intermediary.
First Investment Bank offers other depository services including trust services for financial instruments (exercising the rights on them) depending on specific arrangements with the client.
