Notes:

1.

The commitment fee under Art. 1, Item 1 “d”, Item 3 “c” and Art. 2, Item 3 is lump-sum fee paid after expiry of the utilization period, which is calculated on the unused amount of the loan or loan tranche.

2.

The commitment fee under Art. 1, Item 2 “d” shall be calculated on the difference in the amount of the allowed loan and the actual debt during every day of the period without repayment schedule and it is due every month.

3.

The grant fee under Art. 1, Item 3 “b” is lump-sum fee, calculated for the term of the loan on the full loan amount, and payable no later than the first use of the loan.

4.

In the event of renegotiation of a loan, renegotiation fee on the outstanding loan amount and additional management fee shall be paid only for the extended loan term and for the increased loan amount.

5.

The prepayment fee shall be calculated on the prepaid amount of the loan.

The amount of average monthly principal (Art. 1, Item 1 “g”, Item 2 “g”, Item 3 “f”) shall be calculated on the amount of the negotiated loan divided by the repayment period (in months).

Annual Percentage Rate of Charge represents the total value of the loan, calculated as an annual percentage of the allowed loan, according to the Law on Consumer Loan.

5.1.

Prepayment fee shall not be collected in the event of prepayment of a mortgage loan mortgage loans “Advantage” and “Home in the present” with own funds.

In the event of prepayment of a mortgage loan “Free mortgage loan” including refinancing prepayment fee shall not be collected.

For mortgage loan “Advantage” prepayment fee and penalty fee in case of one-sided termination of the loan contract by the borrower before expiry of the period without repayment schedule shall not be collected if the prepayment is done with own funds.

6.

The fee for granting of an overdraft loan under Art. 3 Item 2 is a lump-sum fee, calculated on the approved amount of the overdraft and is due no later than the first disbursement of the loan for amounts exceeding BGN 50.

7.

In the event of increasing the loan amount the fee for granting under Art. 3, Item 2 is calculated on the increased amount of the approved overdraft.

8.

The management fee under Art. 3, Item 3 is calculated for every renewal of the overdraft on its approved amount.

9.

The renegotiation fee under Art. 3, Item 4 is calculated on the approved amount of the overdraft. In the event of amendment of the overdraft’s approved amount, increase of the interest rate or change of servicing account renegotiation fee under Art. 3, Item 4 shall not be collected.
